Do you still use the reading log books?
No, these are used in year 0,1 to establish good reading habits and routines. In year 2 we expect those nightly reading habits to continue. Feel free to keep using them if you find it helps with your child's reading at home. There are many good tips to help with engaging with your young reader.

Why does my child still have all their reading books from the week? 
In P 1&2 we collect the books on Mondays when we read with the groups. This allows the children to reread books and explore the texts in more detail.
